Click 'Subscribe' and follow the steps to begin your FREE 7 day trial
You will now have access to all the on-demand video library of recorded classes under the "Content" tab
You will also be able to join any of the LIVE classes by going to the 'Event' tab
You will need to click "Join Session" for the class you want at least 10 minutes before its start time
You always have the flexibility to cancel your membership at anytime
